WHAT A DAY......work, work, work:(

Hello lovely people, I had an exhausting Saturday and missed my Sassy outfit post. I was bummed about not being able to fit it in because I enjoy creating my next outfit using thrifted items in my closet. I am going to make an effort to do this today{Sunday}. My job seems to be getting in the way of my creativity and blogging, imagine that. I really wanted to post because of fashion week. I feel like I have not contributed or acknowledged it at all. Even in my exhaustive state, I will pull it together....soon:D

this sink was so primitive looking and huge. I love the mercury glass votive holders and various glass trinkets....i think the mobile is made from paper....paper seems to be their theme this year...

Hi Lovely people, I am so excited for my niece who just landed a job in my most favorite store...Anthropologie!!!!! SHE IS SO LUCKY and I am proud of her. Did I mention her discount???? Anyway, when Lisa and I visited the store in Philadelphia a few weeks back, I took a ton of photos so I had to split them up into Fashion and Decor posts. The store in Phila. is so amazing and inspiring that I took about 100 photos....hope you enjoy them and if you ever get a chance to visit, it's located on the corner of 18th and Walnuts sts. in Phila. Get inspired!!!

HERE IS A COLLECTION OF PEOPLE WITH THEIR AUSTERE, STOIC LIKE EXPRESSIONS WHICH MAKES THEM ALL THE MORE EFFECTIVE. I DISPLAY THEM WITH A FEW EMBELLISHMENTS LIKE COBWEBS AND SPIDERS AND REFER TO THEM AS MY FAMILY....STELLA LIVETHS, IMA GONNER, LIZZIE AXTHEM, MYRA MAINS, NOAH PULSE, AND EM T. TOMB .......BOOOOOO!!! HALLOWEEN SUITCASE VIGNETTES.....

I HAVE BEEN WANTING TO MAKE A HALLOWEEN SUITCASE VIGNETTE SO LAST NIGHT I GATHERED A FEW ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PACKED AWAY IN THE GARAGE FROM LAST HALLOWEEN AND CREATED THIS FUN LITTLE MIX OF VINTAGE ITEMS AND NEWER ONES. EVERY YEAR I TREAT MYSELF TO A VINTAGE HALLOWEEN DECORATION. LAST YEAR I FOUND THE ORANGE PARTY HAT WITH THE BLACK CAT AT JOY'S JUNK IN WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP....THE HAT HAS THE ORIGINAL STICKER INTACT FROM S. S. KRESGE CO. MARKED 15 CENTS. I THINK IT'S FROM 1960's OR 70'S. VINTAGE HALLOWEEN ITEMS LIKE THIS AND OLDER ARE HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE WITH A BIG STICKER PRICE.
